It is permitted to bring your own cameras for photo/film recordings for private use. Sound, photo, film and video recordings for commercial and/or business use are prohibited unless this has been expressly permitted in writing by the organizer in advance! Event visitors must expect that photographs, film and/or video recordings in which they can be seen will be made and used.
There are barrier-free entrances and toilets in the Westfalenhallen. All floors are accessible. Please note that the upper circuits of the Westfalenhalle (Arena) are only accessible by stairs.

Cashless is faster and easier. It shortens waiting times andyou have an overview of your expenses at all times. You can have your remaining balance paid out after the event via the EVENTPORTAL.
MAYDAY is cashless. Merchandise, locker and checkroom are also cashless. ATMs are available in the Westfalenhalle in the circulation area of the arena. All further information can be found here. Top up your credit in advance free of charge in the EVENTPORTAL
You will receive the cashless wristband at the entrance. Attention: Without a cashless bracelet on your wrist, you will not be allowed access to the Westfalenhallen.

Yes, you can see how much credit you have been debited and how much credit you have left on your cashless wristband on the crew's scanners when you pay. You can also check your current credit balance at any TopUp station and online in the EVENTPORTAL.
Credit can be topped up in the EVENTPORTAL. You can top up your credit onlinefree of charge until the end of the event. On site, your ticket will be linkedto a cashless wristband so that you can use the credit you have topped up inadvance.
Self TopUp station: simply top up your credit yourself. Payment by debit or credit card. The top-up is free of charge. Staffed TopUp station: Staffed stations that take care of the top-up process for you. Paymentby debit/credit card or in cash. Online in the EVENTPORTAL: You can also top up credit ONLINE during the event. The credit will be automatically loaded onto your cashless wristband. There is no charge for ONLINE TOP-UP.
You can top up unlimited credits. You can have your entire remaining balance paid out after the event free of charge. Lost cashless wristbands will not be replaced!
• Per drink (except for shots), €2 of the cashless wristband is booked as a deposit
• When returned, the amount will be credited
• Deposit can be returned in the same quantity as drinks were purchased. In addition, there are five deposit containers as a buffer, so you can also drop off friends' deposit when you pick up the next round.

Important! Without the cashless wristband, you cannot haveyour remaining credit refunded via the EVENTPORTAL
You can enter the data from the Cashless wristband in the EVENTPORTAL and have the remaining balance paid out free of charge between 03.05.2024 from 00:00 to 19.05.2024 until 23:59.
Compliance with applicable data protection regulations is a matter of course. No movement profiles are created. Your personal data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to provide services or to process payment and credit transactions and provided that there are no legal storage requirements to the contrary.
