Since its humble beginnings in December 1991, when around 5,000 ravers gathered in a Berlin hall to dance, MAYDAY has stood for something far greater than just a party —What began as one of Germany’s first large-scale indoor raves has grown into an ICONIC legend that has shaped generations and the electronic music scene across Europe.

ICONIC is more than a theme. It is a recognition of what MAYDAY has always been. For countless ravers, MAYDAY was the very first contact with electronic music, the first time feeling part of something bigger. A first rave. A first community.

This year’s artists like Klangkuenstler, Lilly Palmer, Paul Elstak, I Hate Models and Schrotthagen reflect a diverse and forward-moving scene. Hard Techno enters the Arena, while Bounce and Raw Techno expand the Empire. Acid Wars partners with the TechnoLegends-Floor, welcoming back Speedy J – a true MAYDAY legend, who was already part of the first edition of MAYDAY back in 1991.
